7/10/2019 Subscriber Outage 7/11/19 UPDATE- service restored

We are currently experiencing a service interruption our engineers currently investigating the situation.We will continue to update this page as we find out more information.

As of 5:50pm Lightpath (our upstream provider) had yet another outage. We understand that these outages are cumbersome on our subscribers and have been working to eliminate them.

As of 6:25pm we were able to reroute traffic to an alternative provider, restoring services. Be advised in order to make this change quickly several subscribers needed to have a double NAT. This may affect some online gaming or VPN services. We will revert the NAT changes once the incoming circuit from Lightpath is restored.

As of 11:55am 7/11/2019 circuit from Lightpath is restored.
If your service is not working please reboot your CPE.
